IDB was officially established as JV company between ISU Chem and DaeBoong Corp.
Both companies had been tightly cooperated in the Bio business under the strategic alliance since 1998.
ISU has developed and produced various bio-polymer, pharmaceutical intermediates and active ingradients at advanced facilities in Onsan,Korea.
DaeBoong has also invested and developed bio-chemicals nucleoside analog drugs as Zidovudine, etc in the collaboration with local producers in China.
Therefore IDB is very ideal venture for the biochemical business with synergy effect from the combined professional abilities of both companies.
